Copyright and DMCA

Last updated 8 November 2026.

okmp3 respects copyright. It does not host, index or list videos. A file exists only after a visitor asks for it, its link stops working after 25 minutes, and it is deleted within 30 minutes of download or within 2 days.

1. Send a notice

If you own the rights to a video, or act for the owner, and want it blocked from okmp3, email [email protected] with:

  1. The link or links (YouTube, SoundCloud, X, Vimeo, Dailymotion or Twitch).
  2. A description of the work you own.
  3. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

We block valid notices within 2 business days and reply to confirm. A blocked video can no longer be converted on okmp3: visitors see "Blocked for copyright".

3. Counter-notice

If you believe a video was blocked by mistake, write to the same address with the link, why you have the right to use it, your contact details, and your signature.

4. Repeat infringement

We may refuse service to anyone who repeatedly uses okmp3 to infringe copyright.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
